Originating in Arizona, Western Monument specializes and excels in the creation of standard and custom monuments. The owner, Pavel Koltsov, is a professional artist with years of Photoshop and modeling experience.  Working around any budget, we are able to design and manufacture monuments per the customer's request. By utilizing the sandblasting and lasering techniques, the possibilities of engraving are endless.
